The Group’s Building and Construction company is Vona Costruzioni SpA: passion for construction is a tradition that has lasted for four generations but, whilst interest was once on a local level, today Vona Costruzioni is able to manage construction sites all over the world.
Vona Costruzioni has become a member of Green Building Council, Italian organization that promotes sustainable construction diffusion and introduction of certification system in Italy LEED – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – of which parameters establish specific criteria to plan and build healthy, energy efficient and contained environmental impact buildings.

Vona Costruzioni SpA operates as General Contractor and therefore as the only responsible actor and thus, “general contracting party” of every activity assigned by the customer through a “contract” where services and expected results regarding a specific project are defined. It is through these means that quality, time schedule and certain costs are guaranteed.
Other than manage customer relations, it also deals with Institutions’ relations, banks and insurances, public authorities, certification authorities, scientific world, mass media, external designers, suppliers and subcontractors.
The ability to chose appropriate materials according to the kind of work to be carried out, deeply affects the project’s outcome in the construction sector; this ability is Gruppo Vona’s mission, taking care of quality and safety of every project, continuously updating itself on new building material and broadening, also in terms of responsibility attribution, normative aspects, operative and enforcement details.
